    The 10th of February is National Cream Cheese Brownie Day!

    The heavenly dessert, has been around since the 1800’s and has satisfied many a sweet tooth over the decades.

    Traditionally the brownie is cut into squares and served with a succulent cream cheese icing that gives the soft, tender base a tangy and smooth top layer.

    These days, brownies are a popular and tasty treat that are enjoyed globally, and they come in a range of flavours and styles.

    There’s brownies with nuts, caramel, dark chocolate, white chocolate, peppermint, cinnamon and there’s even gluten free brownies!
